How to Get Your Real Estate Licence in Queensland
Starting a real estate career in Queensland begins with the Salesperson & Property Manager’s Certificate — the registration certificate that lets you work in sales or property management under a licensed agent. From there, our Queensland real estate licence courses take you all the way to a Full Real Estate Agent’s Licence, which allows you to operate your own agency and manage a trust account.
Once you’ve completed your course and been deemed competent, you take your Statement of Attainment to the Office of Fair Trading Queensland to apply for your registration or licence. We’ll guide you through what to expect at every step.
