How to Get Your Real Estate Licence in Victoria

To work in real estate in Victoria, you’ll first need to become an agent’s representative — and that starts with completing the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. Our Victoria real estate licence courses deliver this nationally recognised qualification through intensive five-day workshops in Southbank, Geelong and Frankston, or live via Zoom.

Once you’ve completed the course, your employer verifies your eligibility and notifies the Business Licensing Authority (BLA) on your behalf, allowing you to work in sales or property management under a licensed estate agent. Our Victoria real estate licence courses are recognised by Consumer Affairs Victoria and is also the first step toward a full estate agent’s licence if you plan to run your own agency down the track.

Led by Lisa McNiven, our Victorian head trainer with over 25 years across sales, property management and compliance, every course is structured, interactive and supported from enrolment through to licence.

I just completed the 'Full Licence Upgrade from Salesperson' via Zoom over 2 full days and I couldn't recommend it enough! The information was concise, learned heaps, small class, the right amount of interaction, plenty of small breaks to keep us energised and Amber the instructor was AMAZING! I did a Self Paced course through REIQ for my Registration and although I got it done, now that I have experienced the Complete Property Training Zoom Courses, I will never go back.
