Salesperson & Property Manager’s Certificate

Fee: $900
Step confidently into Queensland’s dynamic real estate industry with the Real Estate Registration Certificate—the essential first step for anyone looking to begin a career as a Salesperson, Property Manager, or Buyers Agent.

This nationally recognised course is the minimum legal requirement to gain employment under a licensed Real Estate Agent. While the Certificate does not permit independent operation, it unlocks exciting career opportunities across residential sales, property management, and buyer advocacy.

There is no separate course for Salespeople and Property Managers. The Office of Fair-Trading Queensland requires the same units of competency for both roles, making this a flexible, all-encompassing certification for new entrants.

Whether you’re new to the industry or looking to formalise your skills, this course is your first step toward a fulfilling and future-focused real estate career in Queensland. Our courses meet all training package requirements. Our intensive workshops aim to make every participant industry or job ready, with up-to-date knowledge and best practices—no shortcuts!
