Auctioneer's Licence

Welcome to the Auctioneer Licence Course, your essential pathway to becoming a licensed auctioneer in Queensland’s dynamic real estate market.

This course has been specifically designed to equip aspiring auctioneers with the knowledge, skills, and legal understanding required to confidently conduct property auctions and meet the licensing requirements set out by the Office of Fair-Trading Queensland under the Property Occupations Act 2014 (Qld).

Whether you’re new to real estate or looking to add auctioneering to your professional toolkit, this program provides a strong foundation in both theoretical knowledge and practical technique, covering everything from legislative compliance and ethical responsibilities to bid handling, vendor instructions, and effective crowd engagement.

Upon successful completion, you will meet the educational requirements to apply for an Auctioneer Licence through the Office of Fair-Trading Queensland — enabling you to legally conduct auctions for residential, commercial, and rural properties across the state.

This course is more than just compliance — it’s about developing your voice, confidence, and authority as a trusted professional in the property marketplace.
