Frequently Asked Questions
- What is the process and timeframe for getting my Licence or Certificate?
The timeframe depends on which Licence or Certificate you’re applying for. If you are completing your course via ZOOM you will receive your Learning Resources before your course starts so you can print them, read through and get familiar with the content. You can choose to study in class, in your own time, or use a mix of both options. Once you’ve completed the course, we’ll issue your Statement of Attainment within (1) one week. You can then apply directly to the Office of Fair-Trading QLD, who will issue your official Licence or Certificate. - How long does it take to complete the course?
