Before founding Edge Property, Nick served as Best Practice and Compliance Advisor to the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ), where he helped shape the legislative landscape of Queensland real estate. He’s also held General Manager responsibilities for an Australian/New Zealand-wide organization managing over 950 agents, plus executive and licensee roles across boutique agencies and multinational networks.
