This marks an exciting milestone for us. Since 2009, we’ve delivered high-quality, compliant real estate education across Australia, and we’re now bringing our practical, industry-led training model to Victorian students.
Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (Victoria)
Victorian students can now enrol in our Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419 – Victoria) — a qualification designed specifically to meet state legislative and compliance requirements while preparing students for real-world practice in today’s property industry.
Our goal is simple: to ensure students graduate with the knowledge, confidence and professional understanding needed to step directly into the industry.
Led by Lisa McNiven – Head Trainer Victoria
Our Victorian program will be led by Lisa McNiven, Head Trainer – Victoria.
Lisa brings more than 25 years of experience across real estate sales, property management, compliance and accredited training. She has delivered education and leadership programs through major industry bodies and institutions including Harcourts, Belle Property, REIV and Chisholm Institute of TAFE.
Her extensive industry background and reputation for engaging, outcomes-driven training make her an outstanding addition to our national training team.
