Upgrade to a Full Real Estate Agent’s Licence in Queensland
If you currently hold a Real Estate Certificate and have completed the required units from the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, you may be eligible for a simple upgrade to the Full Real Estate Agent’s Licence in Queensland.

Important Note:
Candidates cannot upgrade to the Full Licence under the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice if they only hold a Certificate from the superseded CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate). In this case, a full course enrolment will be required.
