You must complete two (2) approved CPD sessions each CPD year.

CPT offers a range of delivery methods and courses to help real estate licence and certificate holders complete their annual compulsory CPD requirements, including:

How does it work

Check your CPD year. Your CPD year is based on the date your licence or registration was issued. This means your CPD year is specific to you. Any CPD you complete before your first CPD year starts won’t count towards your mandatory requirements. CPT makes available two (2) CPD sessions where applicants can apply and enrol directly. Our goal is to ensure every applicant can complete these sessions on the same day. Each session has an expected duration of 2.5 hours, so you can expect a total commitment of approximately 5 hours. There are no formal assessments; however, attendance, engagement, and participation are key factors in ensuring a quality session.

What is the Outcome

By attending your preferred CPD sessions, participants will be issued a Certificate of Attendance, which can be used as evidence to support licensing or registration renewals with the Office of Fair Trading.
