Lisa has spent more than 25 years immersed in every corner of real estate — from managing large property portfolios and leading corporate teams across multiple states, to designing and delivering training programs for some of Australia’s most recognised franchise networks, including Harcourts, Belle Property, and the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.
As Head of Training at CPT, Lisa brings an empathetic and caring approach to the classroom. She takes the time to truly understand where each student is coming from, creating a learning environment where no question is too small and no one gets left behind. Her goal is simple: to make learning interactive, engaging, and genuinely useful — and to be there for her students every step of the way.
