About Complete Property TRAINING

Complete Property Training (CPT) is a known and trusted provider of real estate education in Australia, delivering practical, compliant training since 2009.

Founded by industry veterans Peter and Sue Ford, CPT was created to make real estate training simple, supportive, and easy to complete—without compromising quality or compliance.

We support students at every stage of their journey, from entering the industry to advancing into leadership and business ownership. Our training is designed and delivered by experienced real estate professionals who understand the realities of the industry and focus on real-world outcomes, not just theory.

With over 20,000 students trained, CPT is recognised for engaging delivery, clear explanations, and real-time support that builds confidence and accountability. Our students value having their questions answered as they learn, hearing genuine industry insights, and completing training that prepares them to step straight into their roles.

We offer flexible learning options to suit different lifestyles, including face-to-face classes, live Zoom courses, and self-paced study. All programs are aligned with current licensing and CPD requirements, helping individuals and agencies meet their obligations with confidence.

At CPT, we don’t just deliver courses—we deliver clarity, support, and results. Trusted by students, agencies, and industry partners, Complete Property Training is your partner in compliant, practical, and achievable real estate education.

Meet the Team

Beau Robinson
Director & Owner
Leadership & Culture Coach | Owner, Complete Property Training

Beau Robinson’s career has been defined by performance, resilience, and the relentless pursuit of growth. As a former professional rugby player who competed at the highest levels of the game, Beau developed the mindset, discipline, and ability to perform under pressure that now underpins everything he brings to CPT — and to the students who walk through the door.

After retiring from professional sport, Beau channelled his passion for human performance into leadership and culture coaching, completing a Bachelor of Business, a certification as an Action Business Coach, and a Diploma in Neuroscience. That last one is close to his heart — Beau is fascinated by how people learn, what drives behaviour, and how understanding the brain can unlock potential in ways most people never tap into.

That passion comes alive at CPT. Beau is deeply committed to creating an environment where learning is engaging, interactive, and genuinely fun — because he knows that’s when real growth happens. He is passionate about people and relationships above all else, and believes that when students feel seen, supported, and inspired, there’s no limit to what they can achieve.

He has handled everything from trust accounting and tribunal hearings to full business restructures, giving him real-world credibility that students immediately respond to.
Nick is known for bringing serious energy to the training room. His style is engaging, fun, and packed with real stories from the coalface — the kind of training that doesn’t feel like training.
