ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

There are no entry requirements for this course. However, the Diploma of Property Agency Management Melbourne is recommended for individuals employed in the Real Estate Industry (such as Sales Agents, Property Managers, Office Managers, Team Leaders, Business Development Managers, or similar roles), with a good level of digital literacy, interpersonal and communication skills. To be eligible for a real estate license, applicants must be 18 years or older.

Students must have access to a computer, other electronic devices with access to the internet to complete the online / pre-course studies.

International students holding a student visa are not eligible to enroll in courses.

CPT courses require LLN (Language, Literacy and Numeracy) capabilities, such as a working knowledge of the English language and an understanding of various mathematical calculations. All units of competency and course content are nationally accredited and recognised by Consumer Affairs Victoria.

 
ALLOWABLE TIME

Students will have 2 years from enrolment date to complete the 12-week course and all assessment requirements.

STUDENT JOURNEY

CPT offers an interactive Diploma experience combining live trainer-led sessions, practical case studies, real-world assessments and peer discussion.

The course structure is delivered over 12 weeks of live Zoom training, followed by up to 2 years to complete all assessments and course requirements:

  • 12-week live Zoom sessions – Choose from Monday evenings (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM) or Friday mornings (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
  • Mandatory attendance – Weekly 2-hour live Zoom sessions have mandatory attendance for engagement and accountability
  • Integrated assessments – Assessments are embedded throughout and after the 12 weeks (not a final exam), including practical projects, case studies, and real-world applications
  • Assessment completion window – You have up to 2 years from enrolment to complete all assessments and course requirements
