We are looking for:

A high performance sales person
Able to easily build strong client relationships

Duties will include:

Making contact with potential New Home Buyers including First Home Buyers and Investors
Booking in home or in office appointments for a strategy session
Touching base with old prospects to re-ignite their passion for property
Convert Leads to Appointments
Nurturing positive relationships with Developers, Builders and Buyers
Diary management and scheduling Buyer appointments
Updating the client database and client information
Monitoring email enquiries
Providing preliminary quotes and contracts to perspective buyers
Customising house plans to suit client needs
Presenting and signing sales contracts
Learn how to become a successful property investor yourself

Skills and Experience:

Real Estate experience beneficial but not required
A current QLD sales certificate or full licence
A current drivers licence & reliable car
Have the ability to travel throughout S/E QLD – mostly greater Brisbane area
Stable work history
Have the ability to take direction and train constantly on your selling skills
Have a passion for property and a compassion for people wanting to purchase property
Exceptional communication, negotiation and closing skills
Be confident, presentable and professional at every moment
Have the inner strength to know you will succeed at anything you do
