Real Estate Registration Certificate Queensland
When you first enter the Real Estate Industry you are required to hold as a minimum a Real Estate Registration Certificate, more commonly known as a Salesperson's Registration Certificate.

New pay rates for Qld Real Estate Agents from 2nd April 2018.

Fairwork have released new rates of pay for the Real Estate Industry, as well as other entitlements such as leave loading and entitlments to commission after termination.

The new Real Estate Award will mean that the average salesperson who earns less that $52,733 Per Annum could be looking for a new career.

Government funding for employers

About Back to Work South East Queensland
From 1 July 2017, the Queensland Government’s Back to Work South East Queensland program will provide $27.5 million in support for employers who hire a long-term unemployed or young unemployed jobseeker in the South East Queensland region.
Employer Support and Youth Boost Payments will be available for employers who hire an eligible jobseeker between 1 July 2017 and 30 June 2018 (subject to the availability of funds).
