Full LicenceA Full Licence is necessary if you intend to be the owner of an office, the person in charge (manager) or independent contractor. Some On Site Managers also obtain this Licence which allows them to make sales as well as carry on a letting business. To hold a Real Estate Agents Licence you must first complete the 19 units of competency as specified by the Office of Fair Trading Queensland. Then you must download the application form from their website and send your Statement of Attainment from Complete Property Training with your application and prescribed fee.
