Real Estate Salesperson CourseEntry level into the real estate industryThe Real Estate Registration Certificate Course is the entry level for most people into the real estate industry. It is the qualification needed to be able to work in the Real Estate Industry in either sales or property management but you must be under the direct supervision of the Licensee or Principal. A Sales Certificate allows you to perform any duties within a Real Estate Office that a Licensee sees fit, but you are unable to be the person in charge of a place of business or open a Trust Account unless you hold a Full Real Estate Agents Licence. Obtaining a Real Estate Sales CertificateThe process for obtaining a Real Estate Sales Certificate is firstly, complete a course offered by a Registered Training Organization, then send the Statement of Attainment you receive along with your application form to the Office of Fair Trading.
