This is a question we are asked everyday and the process is not as daunting as you might think. The first step is to complete the Sales Certificate Course through a Registered Training Organization like Complete Property Training 3 day Registration Course Once you have successfully completed our 3 day Registration Course, you will be issued with a Statement of Attainment. This Statement together with a PAMD Form 3 is sent to the Office of Fair Trading Queensland who in turn issue all Licences and Certificates. The Form 3 can be downloaded from the OFT website. Complete Property Training is able to deliver what is normally a 5 day course in only 3 days because our course has been created by merging all 7 units of competency together and removing all duplicate criteria. Most other Training Organizations deliver these units individually which maximizes the classroom time and causes frustration amongst many students. |
