Firstly, you must complete the required study with a Registered Training Organisation like Complete Property Training who deliver nationally accredited courses covering all forms of real estate licencing. Statement of AttainmentYou will then receive a Statement of Attainment at the successful completion of the course which you send to the Office of Fair Trading who in turn issue you with your Real Estate Salesperson Certificate. You will then seek employment. You need to be under the direct supervision of a Licensee or Principal who holds a Full Agents Licence.
