Certificate CourseThe Certificate Course allows you to work in either sales or property management but you must be under the supervision of a licensed Agent. The Office of Fair Trading issues all Real Estate Licences and Certificates and you can only apply once you have successfully completed the 7 units of competency required to hold a Sales Certificate in Queensland. The Application Form is called a PAMD Form 3 and can be found on the Office of Fair Trading Qld website.
