Did you know that you may be eligible for a significant amount of Government Funding by undertaking a Traineeship to further your Real Estate career?

By obtaining your Certificate IV in Property Services within a Traineeship structured program (includes Full Licence modules) you may be eligible for up to $4000 in Government funding.

Eligible Candidates Criteria (part thereof)
     a) You do not hold a Certificate III qualification or higher

     c) Could still hold a Sales Certificate or Full Licence

The Sales Traineeship
Involves firstly gaining your Sales Registration Certificate (3 days duration) to make sure you are gaining the RIGHT skills and knowledge. You are then given exclusive access to the Peter Gilchrist 28 Day Quickstart” program, this is a fantastic program for the New Recruits, giving online access to scripts, dialogs and short “How to” videos and role plays.Peter Gilchrist is known as the Master Coach and mentors many of Australia’s Top Agents.  The next step is to complete the remaining units for your Full Agents Licence (3 days duration).  Work place tasks are also required to be completed as part of your day to day on the job learning. Once the Trainee feels confident the remaining units to complete the Full Certificate 1V are completed, usually a short exam or via a Recognition of Prior Learning process.

Traineeships are usually 24 months in duration, but can be completed in as little as six months.

Property Management Traineeships
Property Management Traineeships follow a similar structure to the Sales Traineeship except the added skills and knowledge needed for Property Management.  Trainees are also given access toTiffany Bowtels Property Management Quickstart program, which contains STEP by STEP “how to” videos and written procedures from start to finish in a Property Management department, this also includes software training.  Tiffany has worked in Property Management in every State in Australia as well as England, China and France. Tiffany held the position of Console’s head trainer for three years before starting her own Property Management Consultancy Business.

Auctioneer Traineeship
Again, a similar structure to the Sales and Property Management traineeships, but includes the skills and knowledge of the fine art of Auctioneering delivered by Jason Andrew.Jason was awarded the Title of Australasian Champion in 2010 and was also the REIQ Champion in 2009 and 2012.  Not only will you complete all the necessary units of competency to gain your Full Agents Licence, you will also gain your Auctioneers Licence as well.
