Emma Jefferies , Trainer & Assessor

Emma is a multi-award winning Real Estate professional with 22 years of industry success.  She commenced her career as a Receptionist, winning the Administration Award for Excellence in her 1st year.  11 years as a Property Manager followed and Emma was a Qld REIQ Property Manager of the Year finalist before she progressed into Real Estate sales and achieved the PRD Nationwide Qld Rookie of the Year Award.

Emma has owned her Real Estate Agency, and is now the Principal of a Training and Mentoring Academy offering support and mentoring in all areas of the Real Estate Industry.  Emma is a highly motivated and driven individual.  She has a passion for the Real Estate Industry and this combined with her broad experience in all facets of the property market and her unswerving commitment to her clients means that time spent in her Complete Property Training classes is highly informative, valuable and productive. 

Ian Barnabas, Trainer & Assessor

Ian has had more than 12 years in the Real Estate Industry in both Victoria and Queensland and has worked as a Trainer with the Gordon Institute of TAFE, the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and over the past 2 years with Complete Property Training.

Ian has a wealth of experience not only in real estate but in the business and banking sector and his knowledge is a vital tool for both new recruits and established agents

Paul Price, Trainer & Assessor

Paul is a licensed real estate agent with 9 years experience in the Queensland Real Estate Industry.  In his first year in real estate he won
the REIQ "Rookie of the Year" Award and the national "Rookie of the Year" Award for one of Australia's largest real estate
networks.  Paul has a passion for training and mentoring.  He has had a successful career as a Salesperson, as a Principal
of his own Agency, and as the Sales Manager for two of the Sunshine Coasts most successful Real Estate Agencies.

Knowing from personal experience what it takes to go from "zero to hero" in your first year in real estate, Paul
enjoys nothing more than helping other aspiring Real Estate Salespeople achieve the same success.  Paul lives by the philosophy
"If it is meant to be, it is up to me"!

Sue Ford and Leann Bydder, Administration

Sue and Leann are our administration team. They look after all enquiries and enrolments with professionalism and a big smile.

Sue is a Director of Complete Property Training and has a strong administration and legal background as well previously being the co-owner of a family owned Real Estate business.

 Leann has a very solid background in the banking sector and in more recent years has worked in sales administration and as an Enrolment Officer for the Real Estate Institute of Queensland.
